FAST ZP is designed for making floors and cementitious screeds combined with the surface of minimum thickness 25mm or on a separating layer while maintaining a minimum thickness of 35mm. It can be used on any surface made on a hydraulic binder and on a layer of vapor barrier or anti-moisture insulation. The FAST ZP floor is used for the production of elements poured directly on the construction site during renovation or construction of new facilities. It can be used both inside and outside buildings.
FAST ZP is a ready-to-use, dry mixture of minerals and modifying additives. When mixed with water, it forms homogeneous mass, easy to spread, characterized by high adhesion and strength. It is friendly and economical to use. When completely cured, it is frost-resistant and waterproof.

The surface should be durable, load-bearing and properly seasoned, free from impurities reducing the adhesion of the floor, i.e. grease, dust, bitumen, etc.). Brittle and flaking layers, remains of paint coats and adhesives should be removed. Widen cracks, dust tme and apply FAST GRUNT U primer, minor defects should be filled with FAST SUPER leveling mortar. Weak surfaces should be strengthened with FAST GRUNT G primer. Before starting the work, it is necessary to make edge dilatations (stick to styrofoam or sponge strips on the walls).
Use a slow-speed drill to mix the contents of the bag with 3 - 3.5 liters of cool, clean water to obtain a homogeneous mixture and required consistency. After waiting for about 5 minutes, re-mix thoroughly. Spread the prepared floor mortar onto the surface, and then level it with battens between the previously leveled guides, e.g. strips or pipes. After initial leveling, trowel the surface with a large plastering trowel. Remember that the breaks between the individual floor joints should not be longer than 30 minutes.
Water overdosing changes the parameters of the floor and may lead to cracks. When making the underlay, observe the rules of using expansion joints: construction, insulation and anti-shrinkage. The anti-shrinkage slots should divide the area into smaller areas of not more than 30m2, with a side length of up to 6m, and the insulation gaps are designed to separate the screed being made from other structural elements of the building such as columns, walls and stairs, and in places where the thickness of the screed changes. . Works should be performed at air temperature of +5°C to +25°C. Protect freshly laid floor underlays against too quick drying, avoiding drafts, high air temperature above + 25°C, strong sunlight, too low air humidity, etc.
